Spuigroep Automotive zoekt een HR Business Partner die nabij de business staat en impact maakt. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en vertaalt HR-beleid naar de praktijk. Je werkt aan groei, overnames en verandering met korte lijnen en hands-on aanpak.
De rol vereist pragmatisme, vaardigheden in advisering en een proactieve houding. Werktijden zijn 32–40 uur per week in de regio Den Haag.
