Providence is seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant to join our team remotely as a full-time Day role. The incumbent will advise Core Leaders and Caregivers on employee relations, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance while guiding investigations and interventions to improve the workplace culture.
Applicants should have five years in HR, with strong experience in employee and labor relations, ADA/LOA, and high-touch service. Multi-state experience is preferred.
