Talent Manager - Remote

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR within Portugal and other European countries;
• Source the most talented IT experts and Software Developers in South Europe and LATAM;
• Responsible for candidate journey and Onboardings;
• Ensure candidate journey for recruitment process is upkept and optimised;
• Develop and communicate the employer brand as a key culture ambassador;
• Plan, develop and follow up on the engagement plan, events and team buildings;
• Develop and manage a brilliant and fun employee experience;
• Continue to boost an open feedback & communication culture;
• Admin HR management tasks such as compliance with labour law, health and safety standards, payroll, contract administration, internal reporting, employee benefits, etc;

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a similar area;
• Experience in IT Recruitment (+ 2 years);
• Fluent in English (French is a plus);
• Proactive, motivated & driven.
