Position OverviewAt Belron Canada, people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a strategic and business-minded Senior Business Partner, People & Culture to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and help drive organizational success through people. In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with operational priorities, provide expert guidance on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, and workforce planning, and leverage people insights to support informed decision-making.
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you'll champion a high-performance culture, elevate the employee experience, and help shape the future of our workforce across your client groups.
- Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR counsel aligned with business goals and operational priorities.
- Coach and support leaders on performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational change.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build future‑ready teams.
- Identify workforce trends, talent gaps, and organizational needs, developing proactive people strategies to address them.
- Leverage people analytics and key workforce metrics to drive business decisions and measure organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to implement enterprise People & Culture programs while representing business‑specific needs.
- Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
- Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance activities while mitigating organizational risk.
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a complex, fast‑paced organization.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people strategies. Retail experience is an asset.
- Expertise in talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics and insights to support decision‑making.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations, investigations, and HR best practices.
Salary Range: $89,200 – $111,500 per year.
At Belron Canada, compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market competitiveness. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive program, comprehensive group benefits, and a retirement savings program.
Work Model- This role operates under a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with regular in-person collaboration at our Langley, BC office (typically 1–2 days per week).
- From time to time, travel within the region and across Canada may be required to support business initiatives, partner with leaders, and connect with teams.
