Contract Position

What You'll Do

+ Manage employee leave of absence cases from start to finish, with a focus on parental leave

+ Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave questions

+ Explain leave policies, eligibility, and processes

+ Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and company policies

+ Maintain accurate case documentation and follow-up through a ticketing system

+ Partner with HR teams to support employees throughout their leave journey

+ Help ensure proper pay and benefits administration during leave periods

What We're Looking For

+ 1+ year of leave administration experience (parental leave preferred)

+ Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and leave of absence programs

+ Experience working in HR Operations, Shared Services, or an HR Service Center

+ Strong case management, customer service, and communication skills

+ Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining confidentiality

+

Experience with HR systems such as Workday, Service Now, or similar platforms is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Weston, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.72 - $28.72/hr.
