Remuneration:
Part‑time (20–25 hours per week), hybrid. Salary: AED 10,000–12,000 per month, depending on experience.
A growing UAE business is looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join their team on a part‑time, hybrid basis (20–25 hours per week). This opportunity is ideally suited to a mature HR professional with 7–10 years’ experience who is looking for greater flexibility, perhaps after taking time out to raise a family or stepping away from a demanding full‑time role.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a small HR team.
- Strengthen day‑to‑day HR operations.
- Embed the recently implemented Yomly HR platform.
- Introduce AI into everyday HR processes.
- Build a highly efficient, modern people function.
- Coach managers and develop leaders.
- Strengthen employee engagement.
- Improve recruitment and retention.
- Help build an employer of choice.
- 7–10 years of HR experience.
- Practical, organised, commercially minded.
- AI‑first in their thinking.
- Comfortable working in a business undergoing significant transformation.
