Remote Choice is seeking an experienced recruiter for a fully remote role based in South Africa. You will support internal recruitment across offices, manage the candidate journey, and collaborate with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent.
You will develop campaigns, proactively source candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding while building pipelines for future hiring and contributing to employer branding efforts.
