Human Resources Executive

Position: Human Resources Executive Hybrid Role
Join Manulife as a Human Resources Executive in a hybrid work environment, focusing on payroll accuracy and compliance. Enhance employee experiences through effective onboarding and HR administration.

In this role, you will support HR operations with a strong emphasis on payroll processing, benefits administration, and legal compliance. Your expertise in managing HR systems and employee data will contribute directly to operational excellence. Collaborating with finance and IT teams, you will ensure the integrity of payroll and benefits management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accurate monthly payroll and maintain attendance records.

• Manage employee PIT and social insurance registration.

• Update and maintain employee information in HR systems.

• Oversee HR documentation for the employee life cycle.

• Coordinate HR administrative matters with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

• Minimum 3-4 years in HR Operations or Payroll.

• Experience in HR systems like Workday is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Labor Law and payroll regulations.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
