Become a key player in talent acquisition as a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This role emphasizes a seamless transition for candidates from offers to onboarding.
As part of the Post-Offer team for a 6-month contract, you'll support requisition assignments, generate offer letters, and ensure background screening is completed. Engaging communication and a keen eye for detail are crucial as you work with both candidates and hiring managers. Reliability in managing priorities independently and understanding Workday are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute offer letter processes with necessary reviews
• Manage requisition assignments in Workday
• Oversee candidate communications during the post-offer phase
• Investigate and resolve any Workday-related issues
• Support team projects as needed
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience or degree
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
