Wellity Health is seeking a remote HR Generalist (US-based) to own the HR lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, compliance, recruiting, and vendor management. This role partners with the Director of HR to optimize processes and drive a strong people-first culture across remote and in-office teams in CA, NV, and NM.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of California wage and hour laws, and familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS.
