We're a growing UK-based cleaning company looking for an organised and people-focused Recruitment Coordinator to help us recruit and onboard cleaners across the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, keeping processes organised, and ensuring every candidate has a positive recruitment experience. You'll work closely with the HR Manager and Operations team to support the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesScreen applicants over the phone and assess suitability for vacancies.
Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update Excel trackers.
Process recruitment administration from application to onboarding.
Manage recruitment emails, calendars, and interview bookings using Outlook.
Support onboarding and new starter administration.
Provide general administrative assistance to the HR and Operations teams.
Answer incoming calls and accurately record messages when required.
Salary: R7,500 per month
40 days paid leave annually

At least 2 years' experience in recruitment administration, HR administration, or a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Confident communicating with candidates by phone.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Self-driven with a proactive approach.
Own computer/laptop and stable internet connection.
