To strengthen our growing team at our Houston (TX) office, we are looking for an experienced, business‐savvy Senior HR Manager who will support our local leadership team and help set up and shape a high‐performance, people‐centric organization. While we offer flexibility in working hours and the option for occasional remote work, this role is primarily office‐based to foster close collaboration, strong relationships, and an effective team culture from the outset.

As a Senior HR Manager, you will support a defined area within the Rosenxt Group and advise and coach managers and colleagues in all HR-related matters. In addition, you will translate business priorities into effective people strategies, and drive initiatives across the full HR lifecycle – from workforce planning and talent management to engagement, change and organizational development. You will identify the HR processes and services required and ensure they are delivered in close collaboration with key stakeholders.#
