Junior Recruiter Or Sourcer
Flexibility to work from home 1‑2 days a week after the first few weeks or month and ramping up on the position. Junior recruiter or sourcer needed. This is a heads‑down sourcer role with a need to funnel candidates and provide some administrative support to the tech ops and recruiting team in terms of scheduling interviews etc.
IT recruiting/sourcing experience is must have. The recruiter will source UI/UX designers, developers and software engineers. Understanding of IT sourcing or jargon is a must have. 6‑month duration to begin with, possibility of extension/conversion based on business need.
2‑4 years’ experience needed. This is not a senior recruiter role.
Must‑haves: strong tech experience, flexibility and adaptability, can‑do attitude.
Interview: phone screen followed by video interview.
