Job Summary

Executive Recruiter – Starbucks – Des Moines, USA. Hourly rate: $20–30 per hour. Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Lead end‑to‑end government recruitment processes, ensuring continuous delivery of high‑quality outcomes for all stakeholders.
• Build and manage full‑cycle recruiting partnerships across the organization, advising senior leaders and colleagues on talent strategy.
• Identify and propose solutions, leverage defined tools, and align candidate profiles with position specifications and priorities.
• Maintain alignment with leadership objectives, continuously refining talent profiles for effective hiring.
• Strengthen communication, scheduling, and progress management, acting as the driving force for candidate advancement and providing guidance to leaders on decision making.
• Utilize government succession priorities, proactively build pipelines and connect the broader marketplace to recruitment needs.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition, executive recruiting, or search‑agency functions.
• Experience in sourcing, networking, talent screening, process facilitation, negotiation and candidate management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage executive‑level audiences.
• Ability to support recruitment across multiple functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Hybrid working model: remote up to two days per week with on‑site presence three days per week.
