Job Overview

Starbucks is now hiring an Executive Recruiter in New York, USA. This role focuses on full‑cycle government recruitment, building relationships across the organization, and advising senior leaders to drive long‑term growth.

• Lead end‑to‑end government recruitment, ensuring a seamless process and differentiated results for all stakeholders; indirectly lead and manage the team, taking full responsibility for delivering outcomes.
• Proactively identify opportunities and recommend solutions, leveraging available tools to keep teams focused on defined role specifications and priorities.
• Align with leadership goals to consistently refine the talent profile we are recruiting for.
• Maintain proactive communication and scheduling, acting as the driving force for progressing candidates through the process and advising leaders to stay on course and move forward in decision making.
• Leverage government succession priorities and proactively pipeline talent to ensure connection to the broader marketplace.

• 3+ years progressive experience in end‑to‑end recruiting, government recruiting, and/or search business.
• Proficiency in search strategy, sourcing, networking, skills screening, system facilitation, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver presentations to government‑level audiences.
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple functions (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
