BOOM LLC is seeking an HR Generalist in a remote role based in Michigan to support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance while upholding our social, economic, and racial justice values.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience in a nonprofit, strong communication and confidentiality, familiarity with HRIS and Google Workspace, and the ability to work independently with limited travel. Salary range is $60,000–$70,000/year with excellent benefits.
