Meti Select zoekt een Recruitment Consultant die als schakel tussen talent en organisaties functioneert. Je begeleidt kandidaten in hun zoektocht naar een nieuwe uitdaging en helpt klanten bij het vinden van de juiste medewerker.
Je bouwt lange termijn relaties met kandidaten en klanten op, voert kennismakings- en intakegesprekken, en gebruikt CRM om dossiers nauwkeurig bij te houden. Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
