Location: Town of Belgium
Poppies is seeking an HR Officer for its production site to manage personnel administration, onboarding, and HR processes. You report to the HR Manager Belgium and collaborate with Plant Manager and Supervisors to foster a friendly, professional onboarding experience.
You will coach team leaders, oversee training planning and compliance with social policies, and support audits while maintaining a people-oriented approach and clear communication across Dutch, French and English.
