Human Resources Business Partner
A growing, multi-location organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support operational leaders across multiple locations. This hybrid role is based in the Portland, OR area with a schedule of four days in the office and one day working from home. The ideal candidate is a strategic HR professional who enjoys partnering with operations leaders, coaching managers, resolving employee relations matters, and helping build a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Candidates must have prior experience supporting multi-unit operations in industries such as healthcare, hospitality, fitness, retail, or other service-based organizations.
Competitive salary of $85,000
Hybrid schedule: 4 days in the office / 1 day working from home

Requirements & Qualifications5+ years of Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role
Experience supporting multiple locations or multi-unit operations
Strong background in employee relations, performance management, coaching, and employment law
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
ResponsibilitiesPartner with operational leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and compliance
Support multiple business locations by delivering consistent HR programs, policies, and best practices
Coach managers on talent development, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
Help drive recruiting, onboarding, retention, workforce planning, and HR initiatives that support business objectives
