HR Data Analytics Intern

At Webfleet we are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, and results‑oriented HR Data Analytics Intern to join our HR team in Amsterdam. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into insights, improving processes through automation and AI, and supporting HR decision‑making.

• Analyzing employee engagement survey results and identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for action.
• Supporting the implementation and deployment of a new HR tool.
• Creating and maintaining HR dashboards and reports to support data‑driven decision making.
• Identifying opportunities to automate and improve HR reporting processes using AI and other digital tools, reducing manual work.
• Supporting employee and manager communications related to engagement initiatives, office presence, and other HR topics.
• Providing ad hoc analytical and operational support to the HR team.

• Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data (advanced Excel skills are highly valued).
• Interest in AI, automation, and finding smarter ways to improve processes.
• Ability to transform data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and strong critical‑thinking skills.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills in English and ability to present insights in a clear and engaging way.
• Enjoyment of working in an international and dynamic environment.
• Ability to complete a 6‑month internship as part of a university program.
