Instead of doing the day-to-day HR tasks of a business, you will be advising our clients how to handle their HR situations.

Instead of shouldering the burden of all HR responsibilities for your office, you will be part of a team helping our clients navigate their HR challenges. In this position, you will work with dental and medical practice owners and/or their managers, all over the country. Through phone and email, you will educate, guide, and coach them as they navigate a wide range of HR questions and challenges.

Bent Ericksen & Associates is a Eugene-based consulting company that provides HR management and HR compliance products and support, primarily to healthcare professionals throughout the United States. Our main office is located near Skinner Butte Park, affording easy access to the river path and downtown.

The 40-hour workweek comprises both hybrid remote work-from-home, and in-office hours. It can also comprise all in-office hours if you choose. However, this is not a fully-remote position; in-office time is required each week. Work hours are Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
