GPAC is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team remotely. This commission-driven role offers the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production by placing candidates with clients.
No recruiting experience required, and full training will be provided. You will build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates, conduct outbound outreach, screen and prep candidates for interviews, and support negotiations.
