An experienced Employee Benefits Attorney is sought to join our team in a hybrid capacity, with the option to work from Hartford, Stamford, or Boston. The role requires a minimum of 12 years of employee benefits experience, including ERISA, qualified pension and 401(k) plans, 403(b), and health and welfare plans.
Candidates should have strong drafting skills for plan documents and amendments, and be adept at handling complex benefits issues arising from corporate transactions.
