Responsibilities

Build full recruitment strategy to meet company’s hiring targets
Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required
Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, and facilitate pre‑interview assessments
Compile interview questions and conduct in‑person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and keep informed of advancements in the field
Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
Support hiring managers in defining their needs and specifying requirements
Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Prefer to have CEI and experience in employment agencies
Meticulous, persistent & responsible
Open to learn and do calling
Training will be provided for non experience
Open to discuss on flexible working hours and work from home; mature workers are welcome
