Part-time | Remote and In Office Required

As an Employment Advisor with Arion Care, you'll be the first point of contact for new hires - guiding them through training, background checks, paperwork, and orientation. You'll ensure compliance, create a welcoming experience, and act as a bridge between applicants and hiring managers.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Currently resides in Yuma, AZ - required
• Ability to travel as needed and work out of the Yuma office
• 2+ years' experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems
• Must be at least 18 and eligible for a DPS fingerprint car

• Support applicants through training, background checks, and onboarding
• Coordinate new hire files, schedules, and compliance requirements
• Provide ongoing virtual and in-person support during the hiring process
• Partner with supervisors to meet staffing needs
