Workday Systems Supervisor - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Overview

Position:
Supervisor, Workday Talent Acquisition and Onboarding operations. Oversees day-to-day Workday system support, configuration, and user enablement activities in partnership with HR stakeholders.

• Oversee day-to-day Workday system support and ticket resolution.
• Assign and monitor team workload; ensure SLA adherence.
• Guide configuration activities within Recruiting and Onboarding modules and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support implementation of process improvements and system updates.
• Ensure training materials and documentation are current.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Support testing activities and Workday releases within assigned modules.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to support business requirements and operational needs.
• Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities for service improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years of HRIS/Workday experience with expertise in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding modules.
• 1–2 years of supervisory, team lead, project lead, or informal leadership experience.
• Experience supporting Workday configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and operational processes.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Individual and firm performance may determine discretionary bonus eligibility.
