Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive clinician recruitment from sourcing to activation

• Identify and attract top therapists with empathy and high EQ

• Provide an outstanding and seamless hiring experience for clinicians

• Manage innovative recruitment pipelines using Ashby ATS

• Develop effective clinical recruitment criteria in collaboration with leadership

Requirements:

• Strong background in clinical recruitment and relationship building

• Detail-oriented with a proactive and organized approach

• Data-savvy, utilizing metrics to guide recruitment strategies
