Grüns is seeking a Recruiter to help hire exceptional talent as we scale. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Recruiting and partners with hiring managers to build high-performing teams, while upholding an uncompromising hiring bar and protecting our culture.
The position is fully remote with bi-annual in-person off-sites. You will own end-to-end recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and maintain rigorous data in Greenhouse to support fast, high-quality hires.
