Position: Senior Manager, Teammate Experience

Location: Remote (U.S.) – Preferred in NC, SC, IN, OH, GA, VA, or KY
Travel: Approximately 20–30%
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 + 10% Bonus Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Teammate Experience to help build and strengthen a culture where teammates feel supported, respected, engaged, and empowered to do their best work. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our People Operations function while partnering closely with leaders across a rapidly growing, multi-state healthcare organization.

What You'll Do As the Senior Manager, Teammate Experience, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to teammates and leaders while helping create consistent, positive employee experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality.
  • Conduct workplace investigations involving policy violations, performance concerns, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace conflict.
  • Partner with leaders to coach through employee challenges and difficult conversations.
  • Develop and enhance teammate engagement, recognition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Build scalable employee relations processes and people programs to support organizational growth.
  • Analyze employee feedback, engagement, turnover, and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create training, tools, and resources that strengthen leadership effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Executive Leadership, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Legal, and People Operations to manage organizational risk while supporting a positive workplace culture.
  • Utilize HRIS and reporting tools to monitor trends, maintain documentation, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Travel to company locations as needed to support investigations, leadership coaching, and teammate engagement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, People Operations, or Teammate Experience
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee relations matters
  • Experience developing HR programs, processes, and scalable people practices
  • Strong experience using HRIS platforms and workforce reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to balance empathy with accountability while making sound business decisions
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multi-site healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare services experience
  • Experience supporting multi-state employment practices
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or comparable HR certification
  • Experience supporting remote and field-based teams
  • Knowledge of employment law and workplace investigation best practices
  • Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed organizations
