Schedule:

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are searching for a hardworking HR professional to support our growing Human Resources team at the Cheyenne, WY Sierra Fulfillment Center. We want to meet you and see if you can be the right fit. We are willing to train the right candidate of all backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

Processes payroll using Kronos and Oracle Time & Attendance system.
Maintains accurate records and personnel files.
Assists supervisors with associate relations issues; specifically answering HR related questions and interpretations.
For multi‑language speakers, apply bilingual skills to translate employee communications and interpret as needed.
Serves as back‑up to the Receptionist and cross‑trained to handle benefits and worker’s compensation tasks.
Coordinates Leave of Absences;
Personal, Medical, FMLA.
Conducts Benefit Orientations and 401K orientations.
Acts as liaison between Associates and external support groups; assists Associates in securing the appropriate support.
Maintains I‑9 records and supports compliance with federal laws regarding record‑keeping requirements.
Other duties may also be assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Computer proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Intercommunication skills.
Customer Service Driven.
Validated organization, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential data.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Reliable and diligent with a history of work presence.

This position has a starting pay range of $19.05 to $25.75 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
