The position combines sourcing expertise, candidate engagement, process optimization, and workforce planning support.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - High Volume, you will own the recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles, ensuring efficient hiring processes while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to develop effective sourcing strategies and continuously improve recruitment operations.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for high-volume hiring across multiple business areas.
- Source, engage, and evaluate candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct recruiter screening interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, motivation, and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support recurring and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, recruitment priorities, and evolving business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction campaigns as needed.
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruitment professional with strong sourcing capabilities and a proven ability to manage high-volume hiring processes. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple priorities, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver successful hiring outcomes.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high-volume recruitment environments.
- Experience recruiting for customer support, operations, gaming, BPO, technology, or similar industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
- Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
- Experience using modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies.
- Ability to influence hiring managers and provide market insights throughout the recruitment process.
- Experience supporting multilingual recruitment initiatives is a plus.
- Experience recruiting across European markets is beneficial.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics, workforce planning, and hiring performance metrics is preferred.
- Experience with in gaming, outsourcing, or technology recruitment environments is an advantage.
