Nutrien is seeking an Advisor, HR Retail to support enterprise HR initiatives across multiple states in a remote-capable role. The Associate-level position focuses on implementing HR strategies, training leaders, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with centers of excellence.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years HR experience, and willingness to travel up to 20%. A PHR certification is preferred and experience with HRIS is advantageous.
