You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process across various technical disciplines, especially concentrating on artificial intelligence in legal technology. Your expertise will help develop unique sourcing strategies and build high-quality talent pipelines to support Harbor's AI goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and consulting roles
