Grüns is seeking a Recruiter to help hire exceptional talent as we scale. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Recruiting and partners closely with hiring managers across the business to build high-performing, high-density teams.
This role is part of our remote HQ, with a fully remote, high-trust environment and bi-annual off-sites. You will own full-cycle recruiting, build proactive talent pipelines, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach to close.
