Job Summary
This position is independently responsible for identifying, developing, and executing talent strategies, identifying trends, and providing hiring guidance to Hiring Managers within their identified client group. Individual duties will include such things as internet job postings, advertising and media campaigns, sourcing and screening of qualified applicants, and facilitating the offer process. Will provide technical and operational expertise to customers in all matters relating to the hiring process and will be responsible for working closely with other Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Human Resources partners to ensure timely, accurate, and effective services are delivered to our shared customers.

Minimum QualificationsFor full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or relevant experience.
- Experienced, seasoned professional with at least two years of recent demonstrated operational level or technical recruiter experience.
- Experience with a HRIS applicant tracking system.
- Experience interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and laws as it relates to the hiring process (ex: Title VII, Americans with Disability Act, local Human Resources policies, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills to set and meet priorities.
- Ability to provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers regarding the hiring process.
- Ability to manage high volume workload with competing and changing priorities.
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws as it relates to the hiring process.
- Official Human Resources Training and/or Certifications (PHR, etc.)
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with extensive sourcing strategies and strategic talent acquisition planning.
- Experience in utilizing sourcing tools (Linked In).
- Experience with Affirmative Action policies and guidelines.
- 60% - Recruitment, Sourcing, Screening and Candidate Management
- 30% - Manager Consultation, Relationship Manager and Guidance
- 10% - Outreach

We partner closely with leadership, hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to attract, assess, and secure qualified talent across clinical, allied health, administrative, and operational roles.

We serve as strategic consultants in workforce planning, labor contract navigation, compliance alignment, and recruitment process optimization. The team ensures that hiring practices align with collective bargaining agreements, policy requirements, funding guidelines, and organizational standards.
