Bridgeway Partners Inc is looking for a driven and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts at our Broadview Heights, OH location. Responsibilities:- Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through job boards, Linked In, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Oversee the interview process, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline health
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple departments or disciplines
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to inform strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
