• For our client, a global FMCG leader, we are seeking a People Operations Specialist (HR Services).
• As a People Operations Specialist (HR Services), you will join our growing HR Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Warsaw. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering HR operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle. You will be a vital link between our teams, resolving inquiries, maintaining database integrity, and driving a seamless employee experience.

• Act as the first line of support for employees and managers regarding all employee lifecycle topics (onboarding, contracts, benefits, leaves and documentation)
• Deliver high-quality, accurate and timely support via our ticket/case management system according to dedicated SLAs
• Partner and collaborate with Tier-2 specialists (e.g., Payroll, Global Mobility) to resolve complex, escalated cases
• Perform standard HR administrative tasks, including contract generation and document archiving
• Ensure 100% data entry accuracy by validating and updating employee information in our master HR systems
• Act as a first-line communicator, guiding employees through new HR tools, system updates and policy changes
• Utilize and update the internal Knowledge Base to ensure consistent and compliant answers
• Track recurring questions or feedback trends to help the HR Excellence team continuously improve processes

• Fluency in English is a must (proficiency in an additional European language is a strong asset)
• Prior experience in HR Services, HR Administration or an HR Shared Services (SSC/GBS) environment
• Practical knowledge of HR tools, case management/ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now, Jira), and master HR systems (e.g., Workday, Success Factors)
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural agility - the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
• Great problem-solving skills and a high level of confidentiality/discretion
• Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail (crucial for data quality and cut-off readiness)
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
