Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis with hiring managers

• Engage in candidate sourcing via social media

• Analyze incoming CVs for suitable candidates

• Organize and coordinate interviews for candidates

• Support the completion of pre-employment verification documents

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a university degree in administration or HR

• Full-time availability for 4 to 8 months

• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication abilities

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset

• Strong organizational skills and professional demeanor
