Key Responsibilities:

• Support hiring and onboarding for new employees

• Collaborate on employee engagement projects

• Assist in developing HR processes and tools

• Coordinate with CSL Academy on training initiatives

• Handle general HR tasks and special projects

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or labor relations

• Strong MS Office proficiency

• Bilingual in English and French

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage sensitive information
