Seize the opportunity to become a Payroll and Benefits Specialist in a vibrant Vancouver company. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented professional keen on processing complex payrolls.

Our client, a global public company in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist. You will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 200 employees across Canada, the US, and Mexico. Familiarity with payroll systems like Ceridian or Workday, along with strong benefits administration skills, is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process multiple payrolls with a focus on complexity and accuracy

• Oversee merit payouts, salary alterations, and equity changes

• Manage benefits administration, including changes and renewals

• Assist in administering employee pension programs

• Work collaboratively to enhance payroll efficiency and employee service

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant payroll processing experience

• Required familiarity with BC salaried payroll

• US payroll knowledge is highly preferred

• Proficient with Excel and sophisticated payroll systems

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
