- Take full ownership of the recruitment cycle — from prospecting and marketing to candidate placement.
- Generate and nurture your own client relationships through proactive marketing and business development.
- Create engaging recruitment campaigns that attract top talent within your chosen market.
- Negotiate terms, manage offers, and deliver a first-class experience to both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with a supportive, results-driven team at The Talent Room, where your success is our priority.
- A basic salary plus uncapped commission – your effort directly determines your earnings.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment environment (recruitment agency experience a plus).
