HR and Compensation Advisor Hybrid Role

Location: Greater Sudbury

Join our team as a Bilingual HR and Compensation Advisor, focusing on payroll and benefits in a hybrid work model. Utilize your expertise in HR functions while supporting key organizational goals.

This role reports to the Human Resources Supervisor, requiring a blend of payroll management and broader HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in compliance, compensation strategies, and working within a unionized environment. Your leadership will support HRIS administration, recruitment, and employee onboarding while navigating labor relations and collective agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and compliantly

• Administer pension and benefits with precision

• Maintain the HRIS (Dayforce) for accurate records

• Develop and implement effective compensation strategies

• Advise on HR policies and collective agreements

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in payroll, compensation, or benefits

• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Dayforce

• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
