Remote Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Join CFIB as a Remote Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 5-month contract. Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance the onboarding experience and support small businesses across Canada.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, and work closely with specialists and candidates. This position requires coordination of job postings, onboarding logistics, and candidate sourcing efforts. You’ll also maintain recruitment data and respond to inquiries, ensuring a seamless process for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings on multiple platforms

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires

• Coordinate logistics with HR and IT departments

• Build candidate pipelines through various channels

• Maintain recruitment data in Dayforce and other systems

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years in talent acquisition or HR coordination

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Fluency in English and French required

• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
