Farmers Insurance District 46 supports a network of 40+ independent insurance agency owners across the San Antonio, Texas market. Our district office helps recruit, launch, train, and support new agency owners while also helping existing agencies hire and develop high-performing sales and service teams.
We run a modern, systems-driven, AI-augmented operation. That means clear expectations, clean tracking, direct communication, and a strong focus on measurable results.
We already work successfully with remote professionals in Latin America and are expanding our recruiting team with a dedicated sourcer based in Argentina.
The RoleYou will own the top of our recruiting funnel.
Your focus will be finding, contacting, screening, and documenting candidates for two primary pipelines:
This is primarily a sourcing and screening role, not a full-cycle recruiting role. Your job is to create a steady flow of qualified, interested, well-documented candidates for our U.S.
-based recruiting and district leadership team.
You will:
- Source candidates daily using Linked In Recruiter, Linked In search, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and creative search strategies.
- Build targeted candidate lists for sales, insurance, financial services, customer service, management, and entrepreneurial profiles.
- Run first-touch outreach through Linked In, email, phone, and structured follow-up sequences.
- Conduct initial phone or video screens in English and Spanish.
- Evaluate candidate fit based on communication ability, motivation, sales orientation, professionalism, availability, and basic qualifications.
- Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with our U.S. team.
- Document all candidate activity clearly and consistently in our recruiting systems.
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene: every conversation, status update, note, follow-up, and next step must be tracked.
- Report weekly on key recruiting metrics, including candidates sourced, contacted, replied, screened, advanced, and scheduled.
- Collaborate daily with our U.S.
-based recruiting team through Google Chat, email, and video calls.
In this role, success means:
- You consistently identify strong candidate pools without waiting to be told exactly where to look.
- You communicate professionally with U.S.
-based candidates in English. - You can screen candidates with confidence and good judgment.
- Your notes are clean, useful, and easy for the U.S. team to act on.
- You keep the funnel moving every week.
- You follow up with discipline and do not let good candidates fall through the cracks.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-moving, direct, performance-focused environment.
We are looking for someone with:
- 2–5 years of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, staffing, BPO, or RPO experience.
- At least 1–2 years of experience recruiting for a U.S. company, U.S.
-facing staffing firm, BPO, or RPO. - Fluent professional English, written and spoken. You will screen candidates, write outreach, and communicate with a U.S.
-based team in English every day. This will be tested in the first step of our process. - Native or fully professional Spanish.
- Strong sourcing skills, including Linked In Recruiter or advanced Linked In search, Boolean search, job boards, and resume databases.
- Experience with outbound candidate outreach and follow-up.
- Strong documentation habits. You update the ATS or tracker as you work, not days later.
- Reliable home office setup, including fast internet, quiet workspace, quality headset, and a backup plan for outages.
- Full-time availability with availability during U.S. Central Time business hours. (10am-7pm approximately in Argentina)
