ULimo is seeking motivated and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Interns to help build the teams that will shape the future of our growing startup. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with company leadership to identify, attract, and recruit talented individuals across multiple departments, helping ULimo continue to grow its diverse team of interns and professionals.

This internship provides hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, employer branding, interview coordination, and talent strategy within a fast-paced startup environment. Interns will gain valuable experience working directly with hiring managers while learning industry best practices in modern talent acquisition.

This role is ideal for students interested in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Psychology, and Management.

• Source and identify qualified candidates through Handshake, Linked In, university career platforms, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist with creating and improving job descriptions and internship postings.
• Help strengthen ULimo’s employer brand by promoting opportunities across universities and social media.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
• Research new recruiting strategies and university partnerships.
• Assist with recruitment metrics and hiring reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates and professionals.
• Experience with Linked In, Handshake, Google Workspace, Notion, or ATS platforms is a plus.
• Interest in recruiting, talent management, and startup operations.
