As a People & Organization Advisor, you will help shape the employees’ experience and support the success of our manufacturing facilities in the Wendell, North Carolina area.

You’ll be at the center of employee relations for the site—actively engaging with employees and leaders, resolving issues as they arise, and driving positive workplace outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Foster a positive work environment through empathetic engagement, open communication, and visibility.
  • Facilitate dispute resolution by identifying root causes, providing counsel, and proposing fair solutions that comply with company policies.
  • Maintain an onsite presence to reflect the employee and management populations.
  • Provide training and promote a positive work environment through defined People Relations training.
  • Apply a continuous‑improvement mindset to diagnose bottlenecks, ensure accuracy, and recommend process improvements.
  • Leverage people analytics to monitor morale and engagement, offering insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, drive complex issue resolution, and facilitate conversations between diverse groups.
  • Proactively manage and resolve a broad range of People Relations issues, including investigations, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Interpret and apply P&O policies and procedures consistently and fairly across the organization.
  • Act as the primary liaison between management and employees to maintain a positive employee experience.
  • Support supervisors and managers in day‑to‑day performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5‑7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, with a strong focus on People Relations.
  • 3‑5 years of experience guiding managers on people relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work primarily on site, covering multiple shifts if needed.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and privacy, with responsible data handling.
  • Authorised to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and constructive conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Critical thinking and data‑driven decision making.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship building.

The pay range for this position is $74,970 – $128,520 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may vary based on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
