Corporate Recruiter

About the Role

Corporate Recruiter – responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for positions across all corporate brands, and for developing and executing a best‑in‑class employee relations strategy to attract and recruit top‑level talent.

• Source and build a pipeline of candidates using referrals, networking, direct sourcing, Linked In, and other channels.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to recruit and hire top candidates.
• Maintain the accuracy of recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Pre‑screen candidates using available screening tools, including resume analysis, telephone screens, and reference checks.
• Note all candidate correspondence in the ATS and communicate with all applicants not hired or deemed unqualified.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a results‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
• Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Negotiate salaries and clearly present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during the offer process.

• 2+ years proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably in a fast‑paced organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Experience sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates.
• Extensive knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high‑volume recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.).
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Must possess a high degree of business savvy and ability to use discretion.
