Chow Now is seeking a remote Recruiter to support multiple departments on a 4-6 month temporary basis. You will own end-to-end recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
The role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in tech and strong networking skills. You will work with managers to build pipelines, manage scheduling, and guide candidates through the interview process, with emphasis on an exceptional candidate experience
