We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support the full employee lifecycle and ensure smooth, compliant HR operations. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid understanding of employment regulations and company policies.

- Serve as the primary liaison between the payroll provider and employees.
- Oversee the entire employment lifecycle from preboarding to offboarding.
- Prepare payroll inputs and conduct preliminary payroll calculations.
- Monitor and assist with accurate timesheet completion and resolving working time issues, especially at the end of settlement periods.
- Ensure employee compliance with labour law and internal policies and provide support to managers and employees on labour law and workplace-related inquiries.
- Manage contracts, document updates, and data changes in the HR system.
- Oversee administration of employee benefits.
- Manage HR documentation and administrative workflows.
- Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records within the HR system.
- Support documentation processes and inquiries for non-EU employees.
- Guide managers and employees on contract extensions, terminations, and related documentation.
- Handle queries regarding employee documentation and leave policies.
Prepare monthly HR reports for management review.
- Understanding of employment regulations and company policies.
- Polish C1+ level, English B2+ level,
- 2 – 3 years of experience in HR Administration or/and payroll.
- Documented labour law course or equivalent experience
- MS office proficient
- Proficiency in HRIS/HRM systems and managing employee database
- Knowledge of onboarding and offboarding best practice
