JUJUR is seeking a talented Freelance Recruiter to join our Milan-based network remotely. You will hunt top multilingual candidates, primarily for European BPO roles, and manage end-to-end recruitment projects on a commission basis.
You should be fluent in English, with experience sourcing internationally, strong time management, and the ability to work independently. You’ll build pipelines, interview candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers to close placements quickly.
